Wodka Flavoring
From Hackerspace Brussels
|
What[edit]
During this workshop Erik will cover:
- Theory: the chemistry of alcohol and the chemistry of flavors
- Practice: the works
- Demonstration: the filtering
Your preparation will not be ready for immediate consummation. But I will demonstrate what your homework is.
How long will the workshop last?[edit]
I really don't know. I never gave this workshop before but I made it two hours which should be more than enough.
Stuff you need[edit]
- wodka (don't take any expensive one, don't use moonshine)
- a jar and a towel
- sugar
- oranges, grapefruit or lemons (citrus fruits generally work well)
