• Poster design (Alex please deliver, we own you some success based on your designs), flyer design.

• Promotion ( putting flyers and posters) at fosdem, Friday night at delirium and Meredith's private party.

• Sound system, from rent to installation passing trough transportation(rent some van time from Ninos little bro).

• Lighting ( include some lights when renting the sound system).

• Djing, Johnny can deliver, Pascal can deliver, Johnny can be headliner, Pascal on charge of the warmup. The guy who played last year may also be around and he should be welcomed too. Important is:don't leave main space for any foreigner unless Chris's Liebing or Felix da housecat.

• Putting posters during fosdem requires energy and attitude, if you're kind of faggy don't even raise your hand over the keyboard, job is fue real warriors.
