(I can be here 1 of these days) ## Manchester Status * We have the keys -- 2 keys received for one gate (open during the day) -- we can copy the key (probably 11euro per key) Askarel has one key, other one at the Space. TQ will check for copies (make 10 if tit is around 10-15 euros) -- another gate exists, maybe we can use the second gate (some issues there? Ownership of gate? keybox?) -- Do we need a key to exit?? * insurance: accepted, on the way - internet -- cut telephone line present in hallway -- wireless antwerp: line of sight with pensioentoren 40Mbit? needs to be tested ---- do we keep the connection at Moulin for the time being? ---- As soon as internet is present Server can be moved, we can wait with this untill the move is almost over. - Electricity is OK 3 phase 63 Amps -> on their name, we pay costs - gas num compteur 87314484 index: 98281.195 -> needs to be put on our name (TQ will take care of this) maybe we need an EAN number, maybe not. - Water Tom is going to contact the landlady (cost is included in monthly costs but needs to be activated) -- Pallets? --- eg kitchen with integrated boiler etc, garden hose connector --- we would need a transpallet? Second hand for about 100 euro --- loading dock with access to elevator, but we need to get everything out of Moulin the old fashioned way. --- Pallets are deep. DEEP. 80/120 europallet --- need to find pallets --- europallets can become a box! -- Sliding door: Needs to be secured --- extra battery? -- time frame for moving? This saturday people will start doing stuff... First sorting next tuesday Start with chairs, tables, multiplugs -- are preparations needed? (renting a dockx van?) -- maybe a doodle or dudl to pick out the best date for volunteers? (unless it's immanent and consensus is agreed upon during meeting) -- Pallets are not blocking, designate arrival zone. Set up as fast as possible to have a bese of operation, then look at pallets -- Move desks on ground floor, designate staging zone -- Label stuff that needs to be kept (Keep, throw away, whose is it, ?)
