Agenda[edit]

.TODO: send a letter to say we received the letter and will discuss it on our general assembly on the end of the month.

Aquaponics

  • We take fire and water damage insurance (tom takes the job)

Insurances

  • We take fire and water damage insurance (tom takes the job)

Copy of identity cards

  • send him all links to all versions of the statutes online. Names and addresses are in there, no need for identity cards.

Electricity

  • finish the ground wiring
  • need to measure the grounding
  • need to replace the fuses
  • make the plans

Terraces

  • Top floor and second floor: ask landlord if its ok to have only roofing, otherwise we need cement and tiles, and look for solution to make it watersealed
  • First floor: Since one month and half, we had not one leakage anymore. The only thing that changed is the tree of the neighbour is now full of green and covers the neighbour side of that wall. This again confirms our thinking it is a problem there.

Doorway reinforcement

  • easiest is to tear down the walls, and build new ones with new, decent bricks
  • plus add door framing while doing the wall next to the door

Corner ceiling support

  • this is way too dangerous and implies responsibility. Look for a pro to do it and pay it, except for the material costs.

Heating

  • we had a pro make a plan, the total cost for a new installation was 11K to 12K. We send him this information. The reason we didn't told him this was because it was 3 times the budget he said he could afford on it.

What have we done already?

  • Cleaned up the garden, which was a wilderness (3 days of work, 1 persons)
  • Setup ground floor and first floor elektricity (2 full weeks, 3 persons)
  • Remove of bricaillon in the garden (6 persons, 1 day)
  • Chape: vacuum clean, and keep open for the professional workers (2 days, 2 people)
  • Remove ytong wall on first floor (half day, 1 person)
  • Make steel construction (3 days, 4 people)
  • Emptied the first floor terras heavy tiles, remove all the sand (2 persons, 1 day)
  • Move the gyproc (4 persons, two hours)
  • Move the old and new chauffage (2 people, 1 day)
  • we paid 3 months while the owner was still removing all his stuff from the space, unusable for us.

That is about 50 man days of work
