reviewing the account[edit]
- 650 rent + 120 charges = 770/month
- We need 51,4 members to break even only with membership fees if we keep membership at 15euro.
- Big dip when paying double rent >> now we lose about +-100 euro a month
- Expenditure still needs to be explained in the analysis > please help if you can > ask Ugo
the financial situation going forward
- We have a warchest of about a 1500
- Long discussion about the membership fee
- Average 100 euro income per month by the bar
- 10 people pay 10, 16 pay 15 and 10 pay 20 or more
- Around 35-40 members pay about 15 euros a month now > need +- 20 a month a member to break even
- Proposition to break even with membership fees > vote on 25 normal, 15 "social" (to average out on +-20) = passed

the new location[edit]
- Proposal for a grand opening party (7th of nov) > GET INVOLVED .(it's just after lvrm.f-lat.org - so we get ppl from there ;) - do some publicity at source radio show at campus)...

- one of the stoves is fixed.. the one in the back is unfixable
- tom will talk to the owner about the broken one
- we are not allowed to put extra stoves .... tom will talk to the owner about this

- We'll be here until May 2017 > need to take this into account | like petitioning some communes etc.
- Created a mailing list with all the people in the building > might give good contact base for the future building because everybody's to leave at the same time.
- issues with the parking lot youngsters
- Contact stadswacht (the people with their purple uniforms).
- tom asked not to do this to prevent escalating the situation
- we saw police checking out the parking, so it looks like one of the neighbours already did this
- ask to add lights
- Contact Charleroi danse to discuss this (no one stepped up).
- They haven't been there for a week, so we wait

new members: strategic plan[edit]
- Involve communities relevant to the workshops e.g. blender
- Be sexy for external groups to hold their events/workshops here > identify the strenghts and interest for people to get involved - what is HSBXL proposing?
- What the space needs for each individual to want to pay more: Clean, accessible, tools, heating, outside people coming in easier, to get more encounters with interesting people, more raw material, metal bender, have more social events / laser cutter ( :) ) (a lot of people or ok with how it is)
