What to expect from the Weekend?[edit]
- Getting beginners kickstarted is not the main point of attention this weekend
- let's say you take something you want to work on, and be assertive (ask for explanation when you're stuck)
- so feel welcome, but take your swimming aid, as there's nobody going to save you from drowning today...
- No nicely prepared presentation/slideshow
- Only ad-hoc know-how share + your friend google + people running around which can help you if you ask for it!
- on the timing: a beginners startup will follow, once we got this organised -- want to help ? leave your name + coords here: (ptr_, ...)
- sunday we'll have an excursion to the scha{a,e}rbeek flee market (on the marche matinal site) -- around noon (let's say 11-13h)
CDC-232[edit]
CDC-232 creates a virtual COM port on PC that doesn't have real RS- 232C port. The goal is to port this code to the Arduino (some code here contains an HEX file for atmega168).
Infrared[edit]
Get the infrared working on the Arduino (like here or here), and send back signals over the USB bus in the form of HID (simulating a keyboard).
LCD[edit]
Motor controlled wifi antenna[edit]
Jef&Mariette[edit]
design a simple pcb which can enlighten the next summercampsite...
