#johny is interested in taskmanager tools
-- he has been looking into taskwarior, wich is something you can host yourself

## manchester status 

-- all the papers have been signed .. this is done 
-- we need fire insurance to get the key
-- Ethias has been dragging their feet
-- tom knows a guy .. he asked him .. action was taken imediatly .. the isnurance should be done soon, and the insurance agent will mail a paper to this efect to the real estate agent 
  -> we will be insured for 75000 euro for our material, and 100.000 for the building. Damage to neighbouring ateliers or building is covered also (burgerlijke aansprakelijkheid)
  -> yearly price will be between 350 and 400 euro.
-- we should have 2 keys somewhere this week, next week at the latest
