• OHM2013 debriefing (?)
  • take over the shelves from the OHM belgian hackerspace village?
    • price 2 shelves: 48.12euro .... pieces missing.. fred will check for these in his trailer

  • budget for used books .. it is not smart to spend money on books as they can only be used by one person at the time, and tend to get out of date fast

    • flyering (+ design + print flyers)
    • preparing the space
    • hosting at the space duringthe event
    • basic cleanup
    • next day thorough cleanup
  • budget of about 100-150 euro for renting recording equipment from the VGC (this is OK)

  • the toilet filling system .. fred can get it about 20 euro .. this is aproved
