Project propositions

Nico: I want to propose some projects, that I would like to see done @HSBXL:

• A battery inspection meter (Charger / Discharger / Multi-chemistry / capacity measurements / everything-you-need-twitter-connected / etc...)
• A solar-cell-explained-to-your-mother study
