It could be nice to have access to
- extra webcams
- extra computers with OpenCV installed
- a robot with actuators and remote control (e.g. Arduino based, NXT, ROS)
- lasers or Kinect for depth perception
- arduino + breadboard + 2 servos + USB cable
I can bring
- 1 extra webcam
- a PandaBoard (which isn't mine)
and I offered a working one (stored in the video box) last week to HSBXL
Let people try parts of OpenCV without having to install it
- upload or link to
- an image and see face detection
- a set of images and have haartraining extract feature then upload test images
- to a set of images and compare their distance
Each project should have a rough estimation of how difficult it is and how long it would require for somebody who is discovering OpenCV to do.
