Transport

• Metro: Compte de Flandres / Graaf van Vlaanderen
• Train: Go to Brussels central station and take metro from there (metro 5 direction Erasmus)

from Brussels Airport, zaventem (international code : BRU)

cheapest way to get to brussels center is by train; go down to the -1 level, you'll find a trainstation there (bit awkward); take the train to brussels center, (brussel centraal - bruxelles central) -- and from there take the tube (metro) to 'graaf van vlaanderen' (50m from okno)

from Brussels-South Airport, charleroi (international code: CRL)

it's quite far from brussels center (60km or so) --

• you can take a train to bruxelles-central at the charleroi train station (first need to take a bus, operated by TEC),
• there's also a bus service, directly from the CRL airport, driving all the way to brussels (brussels-midi train station) -- i think ryanair operates it; will cost you something like 13 EUR (single way ticket)

from those train stations, you can get into the brussels metro/tram system, and try get to 'graaf van vlaanderen' (the tickets are valid for 1 hour, so you got some time to try to get there :-)
