What is neutrinet?[edit]
Neutrinet is a projet to setup associative ISP in Belgium. For that, we have to explore the diverse path possible to setup a network linking the final user to the global internet. we have to explore the costs of all solutions, in term of finances but also in term of independancy and security. The project is reborn from it's ashes, and is now working on a doocracy base, with no actual administrative structure. It's aim is to setup real and working associative structures able to carry the task of bringing connectivity to associations and inividual with a maximum of transparency in the structure and control from the users.
