Content

As an after-party to the big FOSDEM open source conference in Brussels, the oldest hackerspace in town is organising a free party.

Expect multiple floors, multiple sound set-up, lounge upstairs, cheap drinks and chill atmosphere.

This edition is our sixth Bytenight, so guess you got the idea by now.

Overview of all Bytenights

This year we're still at Molenstraat 40, Sint-Joost-ten-Noode |aka| 40 Rue du Moulin, Saint-Josse-ten-Noode. +- 15 min walk from the north station, 5 min walk from Botanique metro station;

We're very busy preparing the space, and it's coming together nicely!!

We've got Club-Mate, flora POWER and L33t Maté, sooo se you Saturday-evening! :)

Some statistics from last year

• 23 crates of beer, mostly Duvel :)
• 3 crates of matés ?
• around 200 people passed by
• 8 broken bottles
• 1 guy ran into the window
• 0 persons puked, jeej
• 1045 troll sounds played
• There was at one point 66 simultaneous wireless clients
• There was a peak at 3,3 GB of data transfer around 3:00
• The HSBXL-PUBLIC network had an unexpected success and ran out of IPv4 addresses !!!!
• no electricity outage :) :)
