house in st. Josse

• house basics: electricity and data cabling is going to be done this weekend. We are moving at the end of february. (expiration 1st of march)
• house conduits: Askarel suggested getting white electrical conduits (the industrial connection type)

camps and conventions

• rmll: rmll still needs many volunteers. rmll will be fosdem times 5 in duration. there will be barbecues and open bar planned in the st josse space. the date is 6-10 july. if you want to organise something add it to the pad and send it to the mailinglist.
• ohm 2013: askarel is the contact point for hsbxl. contact him for the meetings. ohm is happening in alkmaar. there will be a belgian village there with the combined belgian hackerspaces.

we need to know in advance (by the 26th of february) how many people there will be.

finances

• bytenight. on bytenight we made 1300 euro's. the supplies were 1400 euro's in other words we are 100 euro's from breaking even. However this doesn't reflect negatively on our finance because we still have half the sdrinks and food left .. so we can sell those on techtuesday's, workshops,...

• membership: it has come to the attention that only half our members are actually paying our fee on a regular basis. this could be because the automated payment has to be setup again every year. the finance comment will be sent out to everyone since we dont want to discriminate. please check with your bank...

workshops

• inkscape: there is an inkscape workshop setup to hack norbert and friends on friday. come by if you would like to learn or teach inkscape.
